Dr Kwaku Arhin-Sam is an evaluator, migration and development specialist, researcher and lecturer. He combines more than a decade of international experience with a commitment to evidence that is useful, contextual and actionable.
As Executive Director of the Friedensau Institute for Evaluation, he leads evaluations, applied research and advisory assignments for humanitarian and development actors. His work spans programme effectiveness, migration governance, diaspora engagement, return and reintegration, and institutional learning.
